NUIQ Wellness Lounge, a leading wellness center, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Nurse Practitioner who is enthusiastic about aesthetics and possesses strong operational skills to fill the position of Cosmetic Procedures Specialist and Operations Supervisor.

As a Cosmetic Procedures Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to our esteemed clientele. Your proficiency in administering injectable procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and collagen-enhancing agents, will allow you to achieve outstanding outcomes.

In your capacity as Operations Supervisor, you will manage the daily functions of the facility, ensuring efficient operations and upholding high-quality standards to improve the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Cosmetic Procedures Specialist:
  • Administer aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and evaluations to identify suitable treatment options.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Ensure precise documentation and upkeep of patient records.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and injection techniques.
  • Provide empathetic and supportive care throughout the patient's aesthetic journey.

Operations Supervisor:
  • Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring effective workflow.
  • Oversee inventory management of medical and aesthetic supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to guarantee optimal coverage and patient care.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure.
  • Strong experience in administering cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
