Senior Quality Assurance Professional

The Michael Page team is seeking a seasoned Aerospace Quality Manager to drive process improvement and ensure high-quality products in our Jaffrey, NH facility. This role will oversee a team of quality professionals, address customer concerns, manage corrective actions, and maintain key certifications such as AS9100.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to uphold quality standards.
- Foster a culture of quality by engaging employees in maintaining high standards.
- Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Respond to shop-floor quality events and manage corrective actions effectively.
- Prepare for and support customer and industry assessments.
- Maintain industry certifications, including AS9100.
Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences, experience in quality management or continuous improvement within aerospace manufacturing, and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency with quality tools, knowledge of AS9100 standards, excellent communication skills, and local residence in Jaffrey, NH.
Compensation
This opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, life insurance, and more.
