About the Job: We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Della Infotech in Rindge, NH. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support primary care providers, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for examination as instructed by the provider.
  • Note the history of present condition of the patient in the medical record or take an extended history, as directed by the provider.
  • Assist the provider with all types of examinations, administer injections, and remove sutures, clean wounds, and apply dressings as directed.
  • Keep examining rooms, surgical rooms, cast rooms, etc., clean and maintain necessary supplies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • NH State licensure as LPN is required.
  • BLS Certification is required.
