Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead quality planning efforts and ensure customer requirements are met.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits to maintain compliance, leveraging quality improvement tools and techniques to support the team in achieving high standards of work quality and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Planning: Develop and implement internal quality planning documents aligned with customer requirements.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct root cause analysis to resolve product and process quality issues, perform internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to create and improve PFMEAs, Control Plans, and PPAPs, lead action plan development to enhance performance and achieve quality goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineer position at a manufacturing organization, aerospace preferred.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
