Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with children aged 2-6, delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions and implementing intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
You will build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework. You will also participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert BCBAs
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families
- Participate in continuous training and professional development
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 to $26.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
