Role Overview:

The position is crucial for the effective implementation of CRM technology solutions tailored for our MedTech clientele. The Senior Product Analyst will take charge of gathering and converting business requirements into high-quality user stories, ensuring they align with both business goals and technical viability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Story Development: Spearhead the creation and enhancement of user stories, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and thoroughness.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to comprehend and document requirements.
  3. Backlog Oversight: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  4. SAFe Methodology: Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to foster team collaboration and optimize project delivery.
  5. Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to grasp business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  6. Sprint Coordination: Engage in sprint planning sessions to confirm user stories are prepared for implementation and assist the team during execution.
  7. Testing & Validation: Partner with QA teams to ensure user stories fulfill acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Promote and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the team and the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8 years in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role, with a minimum of 3 years on Salesforce development projects.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting high-quality user stories, developing business process flows, and managing product backlogs.
  • SAFe Experience: Practical application of the SAFe methodology, including participation in PI Planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing JIRA and Confluence for task and issue management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
