About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our financial portfolio management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a $50M+ budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.
  • Engage with teams, resources, and vendors to resolve problems and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and supply management to maintain and enhance existing vendor relationships.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and legal obligations are met.
  • Streamline budget processes and PPM entries to support business solutions.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and projections for the upcoming fiscal years, with a focus on 2025 and beyond.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio and financial management.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets between $25M and $50M.
  • Expertise with PPM, Microsoft platforms, and financial systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in planning, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Experience working with vendors, contract negotiations, and supply management.
  • Ability to engage with teams and resources effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
