About the Role:
The Recreation Coordinator at CAMBA's Atlantic House Men's Shelter will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients. As a skilled professional, you will design and implement recreational programs that promote social development, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and lead group activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., recreation, education, social work).
  • Experience working with adult populations, particularly those with mental health or substance abuse issues.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 annually.
