Position Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated attorney to oversee the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process and related litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex legal matters while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process, from initial referral through to the sale.
  • Handle both routine and complex litigation arising from the Replevin process.
  • Manage pre-litigation cases and assist in resolving title issues related to real estate.
  • Conduct thorough case analyses and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Draft necessary court documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and membership in the state bar.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in creditors' rights, real estate, or mortgage servicing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with foreclosure and Replevin processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of evidence rules and consumer protection laws, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently.
