Job Overview: As an LPN at LanceSoft Inc., you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with medical teams to develop and implement care plans, and educating patients and their families on health and wellness practices.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in NC or Compact state
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN
- BLS certification
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $16/hour (W2, taxable) and $990/week (perdiem, non-taxable), as well as comprehensive benefits, including flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.
