Main Responsibilities
  • Help residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Assist with mobility, including transfers and repositioning.
  • Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines.
  • Support residents' care plans to encourage independence.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant license in North Carolina.
