Job Description

This Regional Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing sales and marketing programs within their assigned region. They will work closely with Skytron's corporate goals and achieve sales objectives within their territory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have experience with contract management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. They will also be responsible for managing partnerships, training sales representatives, and pursuing key account relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, organize, and implement sales and marketing programs within assigned regions, ensuring they align with Skytron's corporate goals.
  • Achieve sales objectives within assigned regions.
  • Manage partnerships and coordination between Skytron, authorized representatives, manufacturers, and customers.
  • Train, develop, recruit, and mentor sales representatives and/or authorized representatives within their region.
  • Manage hiring and termination of authorized representatives.
  • Pursue and develop IDN and key account relationships.
  • Conduct quarterly sales performance reviews with authorized representative principals and/or direct sales representatives.
  • Prepare annual business plans for assigned regions and present them to the VP of Sales Operations.
  • Assist in developing and leading national and regional sales training meetings and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or greater from an accredited university.
  • Have at least 5 years of successful medical sales management experience in the acute care hospital market.
  • Prior experience with contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
