Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday with a weekend rotation (once every 4-5 weeks) at our Holy Cross Hospital-West Valley location.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient care and billing information accurately and timely, adhering to department standards.
  • Participate in student education programs and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months.
  • Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab units preferred; electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency desired.
