Clinical Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Health Specialist to join our team at Eating Recovery Center, a leading provider of treatment programs for patients struggling with eating disorders and mental health conditions. This is a full-time day shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
In this role, you will serve as a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's treatment team
- Conducting assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation of patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is preferred, although we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Eating Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
