**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Infusion Specialist to join our team at Harbor Health Services in Austin. As a key member of our infusion center, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while upholding clinical excellence and safety standards.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

**Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and deliver safe infusion treatments according to prescribed protocols.
  • Communicate thoroughly with patients, family, caregivers to ensure comfort and safety with their care.
  • Manage infusion reactions and provide thorough patient education about treatments and disease states.
  • Coordinate care between patients, prescribers, and internal teams while maintaining detailed electronic documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists as needed to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
  • Demonstrate expertise in peripheral line placement and port access.
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

**Requirements:

  • Current RN license required.
  • BSN preferred but not required.
  • CRNI preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 2-3 years in infusion therapy.
  • Critical care experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong technical competency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellence in patient communication and education.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Works well in a team environment.
