The Funds Transfer Pricing division is responsible for establishing, supervising, and managing the methodologies and policies that dictate how sources and uses are priced based on interest rates, liquidity, and capital frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Act as a vital member of the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team, concentrating specifically on Interest Rate Transfer Pricing (ITP).

+ Assist in the enhancement of methodologies, execution, and governance of the ITP framework.

+ Oversee the deposit hedging framework in collaboration with the execution team.

+ Spearhead the development and clarification of management reporting related to ITP processes, risks, and profit & loss.

+ Cultivate a deep understanding of the data and technology infrastructure that supports the ITP process in both actuals and forecasts.

Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative-focused field.

+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in Finance.

+ Familiarity with Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book concepts and Funds Transfer Pricing.

+ Strong analytical skills complemented by the ability to maintain a broad perspective.

+ Exceptional communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable manner for senior management.

+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Coding skills in Python are advantageous.

+ Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with all management levels. A strong team player is essential.

+ Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree may be preferred.
