Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment, employee orientation, and accurate employee record-keeping.
  • Payroll Processing: Provide support for payroll processing, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Accounting Duties: Handle various accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
  • Inquiries: Respond to internal and external HR and accounting inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks to support both HR and accounting needs.


Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Demeanor: Demonstrate good phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Have strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial record-keeping.
  • Tech-Savvy: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is highly desirable.
