Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee home improvement projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project feasibility, scope, and resource requirements.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding project status, milestones, and any potential delays.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to facilitate smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials, with the ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable truck.
