Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for Petco's services businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial performance.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving financial excellence and process improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
