About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day functions of the FP&A team to ensure rapid and high-quality reporting and management of business intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the FP&A Director in designing, implementing, and maintaining reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to drive revenue growth and optimize business operations.
  • Manage the FP&A team in delivering segment, cross-functional, executive, and external business support functions, including data validation, monthly analysis, and preparation for external reporting.
  • Support the preparation of Go-To Market analysis and data to inform business decisions.
  • Operate as a Business Partner to several segment leaders and executive leaders, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Manage workforce planning, monthly census reporting, and new requisition requests to ensure efficient and effective talent management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in a company with a minimum revenue range of $100 million.
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in the SMB space.
  • Experience with EPM build, implementation, and management.
  • Experience with dynamic modeling and data validation.
  • Business support and cross-functional model experience.
  • M&A exposure.
