- Guarantee that all necessary breaks are provided to team members.

- Set and maintain the highest standards of retail execution.
- Encourage a positive atmosphere of teamwork, respect, and high morale.
- Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Select, train, develop, and motivate team members to sustain a high-performance team.
- Conduct timely and comprehensive performance evaluations.

- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Willingness to work in wet and cold environments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Capability to operate tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
