Job Title: Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

At Resource Innovations, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Processing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and processing rebates for our clients across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customers
  • Enter data into various database applications with high accuracy
  • Compile, sort, interpret, and verify data for entry into our systems
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment
  • Safeguard confidential customer information
  • Participate in peer training and support as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
  • Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and customer-friendly outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment
  • Experience working in energy efficiency or utility fields a plus
  • English and Spanish speaking
