About the Role

The Senior Contract Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts for AZ Fireplaces. This professional will be responsible for monitoring and communicating changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates, as well as maintaining provider enrollments with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate contracts for new jobs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Extract and analyze billing information from contracts, including detailed line items.
  • Maintain a secure and organized system for storing contracts and related documentation.
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and distribute prioritized lists of clients for invoicing.
  • Locate and assist in the location of hard-to-reach clients.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports on invoicing and billing metrics.
  • Provide support to customers with disputes or inquiries regarding invoices or billing processes.
  • Prepare and execute compliance documents, including waivers and final agreements.
  • Assist in the collection of unpaid invoices and coordinate with project managers to make adjustments to invoices.
  • Audit project completion and reconciliation to ensure accurate profit or loss.

Requirements

§ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

§ Experience with the AIA billing process and paperwork.

§ Strong computer and communication skills required.

§ Strong team interaction and collaboration skills.
