Position Overview:
The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering orders, as well as processing payments. We seek a dedicated hospitality professional who is organized, personable, and enthusiastic about food and beverage service. As a key member of our service team, you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

  • Demonstrate initiative by anticipating guest needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Exhibit a warm and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Adhere to attendance standards as established by the company.
  • Assist in the preparation and breakdown of private events.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and job functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of menu items and specials.
  • Deliver food and beverage service with attentiveness and efficiency.
  • Pre-bus tables by clearing soiled dishes promptly.
  • Proficient in operating the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
  • Manage the breakdown of soiled dishes and linens in accordance with standards.
  • Consistently promote food, beverage, and special offers to guests.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.
