Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Back Server to enhance our service team. This is a Full-Time Hourly role, with compensation based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Servers and collaborate effectively within the team.
  • Maintain high service standards to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Familiarize yourself with daily menu offerings.
  • Participate in pre-service and closing duties as required.
  • Uphold the company's vision and values in all interactions.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Engage in service and culinary training sessions.
  • Ensure a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles such as busser, runner, or serving assistant.
  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage.
  • A genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment and receptive to feedback.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and carry multiple items.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements of this position include regular standing, using hands for handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may frequently walk and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Regular lifting of up to 25 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation Details:

Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, commuter benefits, and dining discounts.
