**Overview**

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time or part-time dermatologist to join our practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced physicians and staff. Our practice offers a wide range of services and dermatologic care to patients.

**Practice Opportunities**

A new physician will have the opportunity to practice with an open scope that includes general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We prioritize finding a good fit for our team, valuing physicians with a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a patient-first approach to dermatology.

Our commitment to creating a culture of support and collaboration starts with our collegial approach. We gather for bi-annual retreats to meet with colleagues, share ideas, identify innovations, initiate practice policies, and develop strategies for practice improvement and growth. Every two years, physicians vote for nominated candidates to serve on the physician board. Additionally, there are many opportunities for physicians not serving in leadership to chair key strategic and practice improvement initiatives.
