Job Opportunity: Industrial Project Manager & Estimator in Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial development to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in construction, preferably in an industrial setting. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong knowledge of construction cost estimating, scheduling, and project management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bids, and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • $80,000 - $110,000 per year salary range based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with developers or contractors in a General Contractor (GC) setting.
