Overview

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our NNORC program. This position offers 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation range of $37,000-$40,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert health case management services to identify and support high-risk members within the NNORC.
  • Address the health promotion needs of our more active and independent senior members.
  • Conduct educational workshops on trending health topics relevant to the senior community.
Requirements
  • A valid NYS RN or LPN license.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience.
  • A vehicle and driver's license in order to conduct home visits.
