Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Classic Collision Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our Collision Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Greet customers as they enter the Collision Center and provide a warm and friendly welcome
  • Schedule appointments and pick-ups in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide updates to customers and insurance companies on the status of vehicle repairs
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Manage a cash drawer accurately and process payments
  • Communicate with insurance companies and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-4 years of receptionist or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
