Reporting Structure: This role involves remote reporting to the Head of Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal functionality of all production machinery.
  • Address production line interruptions promptly.
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment failures.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Assemble and install new equipment as required.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate parts orders with suppliers.
  • Share best practices with technical specialists and operators.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
  • Document work procedures and troubleshooting steps as necessary.
  • Engage continuously with other production team members.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree combined with relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Solid technical knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive support approach.
  • Dependable, resourceful, and adaptable.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity.
  • Comfortable with technology and cloud-based tools.
  • Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) is a plus.

Travel Requirement: Candidates must be willing to travel for training purposes.
