Field Service Engineer

Instron is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing mechanical testing systems. We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to customer sites to perform verification, preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of Instron products
- Work from home with occasional travel to other locations in the US, up to 30% overnight travel
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the service operation team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Two or four-year technical degree from an accredited university or equivalent military/trade school training
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical information
- Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
- Prior field service experience and automation systems experience are a plus
