About the Role:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication development, and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes, and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
