Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

LOUi Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Middle Georgia area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families by providing lifelong knowledge and skills with enthusiasm, passion, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the strengths and weaknesses of children and assist in program planning.
  • Perform evaluations and assessments based on informed clinical opinion, gathering information through systematic observations, interviews, and standardized assessment measures.
  • Develop treatment plans to assist patients with speech problems such as delayed language, inappropriate pitch, stuttering, swallowing disorders, or harsh voice problems.
  • Teach proper techniques for achieving more effective communication, such as lip reading, voice improvement, and sign language.
  • Complete documentation after each therapy session using ClinicSource software.
  • Attend SenseAbilities-sponsored activities and staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Possess an active license approved by the Georgia Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in the field of Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • CCC/CFYs are welcome to apply.
