Key Responsibilities:

- Input new box details for all accounts accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating computerized location information and assigning new departments.
- Organize paperwork from the 'ready to be filed' section into customer folders.
- At month-end, ensure previous month’s files are stored appropriately.
- Contribute to special projects as directed by the Customer Service Manager or Operations Director.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Barcode and process incoming boxes.
- Compile access lists.
- Reorganize boxes and files as needed.
- Barcode and process boxes designated for destruction.
- Assist with bay consolidations.
- Demonstrate skill in operating a picker forklift and other equipment.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment before use, including battery, brakes, and lift controls.
- Safely navigate to designated areas for pulling, loading, and moving boxes.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Customer Service Manager and Operations Director to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to interact with internal staff, sales representatives, records center personnel, and management.
- Capable of engaging with external clients, potential customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of service offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines is beneficial.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations.
Work Environment: Must be able to withstand varying temperatures throughout the year.
Physical Requirements: The role involves regular standing and walking, with occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10 lbs. and 50 lbs. is necessary. The employee must also be able to communicate effectively and accurately process orders.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English language and grammar.
- Professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment competently.
- Typing proficiency of 45-55 wpm with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in customer support roles.
- Proficient in 10-key by touch.
