Job Summary

The Litigation Client Service Specialist role is a critical position that requires exceptional administrative support skills and a deep understanding of the legal industry. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to our attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by answering and screening calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate communication, including managing client data and facilitating the transfer of information.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence, as well as create and format spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the New Business Intake Team to process new business requests, including opening new matters, preparing conflicts submissions, and closing matters.
  • Calendar critical deadlines and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with clients and attorneys.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred, with applicable work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience at a law firm or legal department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
