We are seeking a Trainee Manager in Customer Service to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their leadership skills within the hospitality sector.

Your RoleAs a Trainee Manager, you will engage in a comprehensive training program that combines hands-on experience with structured learning. This program is tailored to cultivate future leaders in our organization.
During your training, you will:
- Collaborate with experienced leaders to understand our culture, policies, and operational standards.
- Maintain high service standards while working on various operational assignments.
- Ensure compliance with local and national standards, reviewing necessary reporting.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- An associate degree in business management, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or food service, or relevant internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
