$55,000 - $75,000 anuales

Responsabilidades:
  • Asegurar que toda la preparación de alimentos, incluidos los procesos, porciones y decoraciones, esté bien supervisada, y confirmar que los platos terminados sean visualmente atractivos.
  • Controlar los costos del departamento bajo su gestión, como alimentos, suministros, uniformes y equipos, y trabajar con proveedores para obtener los mejores productos a un precio efectivo.
  • Superar las expectativas de los clientes mientras se incrementan las ventas y ganancias, supervisando el éxito de las operaciones diarias de la cocina del restaurante.
