Job Summary

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize maintenance projects, including materials and staff resources needed to perform the work.
  • Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security, identifying and reporting hazardous conditions.
  • Provide recommendations for contracted services and oversee the work of contracted services to ensure compliance with service agreements and work quality.
  • Conduct electrical systems conduit runs, including light and power circuits, motors, control equipment, light fixtures, and panels.
  • Ensure the safe usage and disposal of hazardous materials according to safety procedures and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma and relevant work experience.
  • CA Electrical License.
  • 5-7 years or more of relevant experience in the electrical trade.
  • Basic computer skills to maintain site reports, spreadsheets, and preventative maintenance logs.
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and compressed gas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and interpret documents, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of electromechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Experience in working within a team environment and ability to adapt to changes in work requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
