Airframe Maintenance Technician

At Workforce Services Inc, we are seeking an experienced Diesel & GSE Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for the repair and maintenance of ground support equipment at an airport.
As a Diesel & GSE Mechanic, you will be working with various types of vehicles and machinery, including tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, and service vans. Your primary duties will include inspecting equipment to determine whether repairs are needed, troubleshooting issues or problems with vehicles and machinery, scheduling periodic maintenance for ground support vehicles and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe repair shop, tracking inventory of parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance, and maintaining repair logs for vehicles and equipment.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to use hand tools and power tools to repair ground support vehicles and equipment, read repair manuals for various types of vehicles and equipment, possess excellent mechanical repair skills, and be able to follow instructions. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED with one to three years of related technical experience/training is required; ASE Certification(s) are preferred but not required.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, 8 paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and more.
