Job Title: Aviation Technical Lead Specialist

Job Description: The Aviation Technical Lead Specialist will oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance technical services.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Oversee work shift activity and coordinate customer support for all aircraft maintenance technical services.
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  4. Represent the company in routine daily interactions with customers, airport officials, regulatory agencies, and other interested parties.
  5. Identify operational needs and develop plans to address them.
  6. Maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of service.
  7. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant rated Aircraft Maintenance Technician License.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds comfortably.
  • Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints.
  • Self-motivated, team player.
  • Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • Candidate will need to provide a work history showing the use of their Airframe and/or Powerplant privileges for at least 6 months, within the last 24 months, or be prepared to comply with FAR 65.83.
