Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to provide exceptional customer service and promote our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, vendors, and clients, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels and exhibit professional leasing techniques to ensure the community meets its budget expectations.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential resident files, ensuring compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Risk Management items, reporting any incidents or concerns to the proper channels.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, documenting and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
