Business Development Manager

Overview:
Gus Gordy - State Farm Agent is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This position requires a dynamic individual who can grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients to meet their insurance needs.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets is highly desirable.
- The ability to engage in sales conversations and build rapport with clients is critical.
