Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this full-time position is $96,000-$99,360 based on a 40-hour workweek at $46-$48/hour. This rate comes with full benefits.

About the Job

This is a direct-hire role where you can work anywhere in the United States. We are recruiting for RN Coding Specialists to work remotely for a company based out of the Southwest. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with healthcare organizations nationwide to ensure accurate and efficient clinical documentation practices.

Requirements

  1. We require CCDS, CDEI, or CDIP certification. Alternatively, you must be willing to obtain CCDS certification within 6 months of employment.
  2. A current RN license is mandatory.
  3. You should have at least three years of CDI experience.
  4. Two years or more of clinical experience in an acute care setting are preferred.
  5. We also seek a coding professional with CCS or RHIT/RHIA and CDI credential.
