Join Our Team as a Diesel Technician Apprentice

C & B Equipment is a leading provider of John Deere agricultural equipment and services. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Diesel Technician Apprentices.

As a Diesel Technician Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in the latest diesel technology. You will work alongside experienced technicians and participate in a comprehensive training program that includes online courses, instructor-led training, and competency-based assessments.

Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a diesel technician. You will learn about diesel engine repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as safety procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
  • Complete job notes and account for time and materials
  • Maintain current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability for critical thinking and resourcefulness
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
