At CED Systems, we are a leading telecommunications company specializing in Distributed Antenna System (DAS) design and implementation. Our mission is to provide reliable and efficient wireless connectivity solutions for our clients across various industries.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior DAS Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in designing complex DAS solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DAS Design and Engineering: Design and engineer DAS solutions based on client requirements and industry standards.
  • Site Surveys and Analysis: Perform site surveys, analyze RF data, and conduct propagation studies to determine optimal DAS design.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and bill of materials.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery and implementation of DAS projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during project implementation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in DAS design and engineering. Proficiency in design software/tools such as iBwave, Atoll, or similar is required. Additionally, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive health care plan, paid time off, family leave, short-term and long-term disability, training and development opportunities, free food and snacks, and wellness resources.
