Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at StepOne Neurodiversity Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining accurate compliance records, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and employee documents, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Assist with the collection of company property and documentation required for the termination process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Human Resources capacity, ideally with front-line workers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Work Environment:
This role works in our office in Wexford, PA, and requires heavy computer work, frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. Ability to work well under stress and managing workload of multiple priorities. Ability to attend work events inside and outside of office hours, as needed.
