About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their physicians
  2. Document all medication administration accurately and thoroughly
  3. Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
  4. Take and record vital signs prior to medication administration
  5. Collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
