Position Overview:

The Mechanical Assembler, under general supervision, plays a crucial role in the assembly of product components and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and construct electro-mechanical products using a diverse array of hand and power tools.
  • Prepare and assemble components according to specified requirements.
  • Execute tasks such as installing circuit boards, power supplies, face plates, product labels, cables, and wire harnesses using screws and adhesives.
  • Conduct in-line inspections to verify that parts and assemblies comply with production specifications and standards.
  • Interpret and adhere to reporting documentation and information.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to handle various objects weighing up to 50 lbs effectively.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and BOMs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $20-$30 per hour, with various factors influencing the final offer, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, location, education, and key skills.
