Job Title: Pediatric Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in a private duty setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other Licensed Practical Nurse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
