Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a private duty setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Perform interventions according to hospital policies and patient care outcome standards
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior RN experience preferred
Preferred Skills
  • G-tube management
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator management
  • Pediatric care
Work Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. Sunday - Saturday nights from 10pm - 6am.
